**Housekeeping Operations Manager Role**

About the Position:

We seek a skilled leader to manage our housekeeping operations, ensuring excellent service quality and efficient team management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping, with strong knowledge of cleaning methods, techniques, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating room attendants for high-quality cleaning results and enforcing brand standards.
  • Inspecting work, investigating complaints, and taking corrective action.
  • Purchasing supplies, conducting inventories, hiring staff, training employees, and recommending dismissals.
  • Preparing daily reports, weekly rosters, and tracking maintenance issues.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. Availability to work on variable rotas is also required.
