Job Opportunity

This is a role for a highly skilled and motivated medical professional to work as a Postgraduate Fellow in the Department of Renal and Transplantation Medicine.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting research, and contributing to the department's academic and professional activities.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and maintain sound clinical knowledge in nephrology, dialysis, and renal transplantation through successful clinical practice and research.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects within the department.
Essential Requirements
  • Registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
  • Sound clinical knowledge in renal medicine, kidney, kidney-pancreas, and islet transplantation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex chronic kidney disease, dialysis, and transplant patients.
  • Commitment to teaching and mentoring junior medical staff.
