We are seeking highly skilled and experienced lifeguards and duty managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, be able to provide high-level supervision in aquatic environments, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description

This role is responsible for the overall management of the aquatic facility, ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons. Key responsibilities include:

  1. High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
  2. Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to facility safety standards
  3. Willingsness to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
  • Current Blue Card (Working with children check) (desirable)
  • Current CPR (desirable)
  • Current First Aid (desirable)
  • Current Pool Lifeguard (desirable)
