The Role- Develop a comprehensive product innovation strategy for 4x4 and Cooper segments at the Asia-Pacific level;
- Owning the product portfolio in ANZ markets;
- Participating and contributing in corporate cycles and planning;
- Supporting global projects and initiatives of the company;
- Product Innovation Strategy Definition: Define and execute an innovation strategy for 4x4 and Cooper segments to support Goodyear's strategy based on data and market-back analytics.
- Product Launch Support: Prepare communication master packages with product-related data for 4x4 and Cooper segments and projects.
- Identify points of superiority and parity versus the competition to inform innovation strategy and drive data-based decisions.
- Define what, when, and how products will be introduced in ANZ markets. Ensure a simpler, superior, and efficient portfolio by gatekeeping the introduction of new SKUs in assigned markets.
- Reduce portfolio complexity and increase share of flagship portfolio demand in ANZ markets.
- Support and govern special projects triggered by regional offices and Product Directors.
- Collaborate with other regional functions to achieve corporate targets.
- More than 5 years of experience in product and/or marketing management. Experience in the tire industry is preferred.
- Experience handling, analyzing, and optimizing complex portfolios with multiple SKUs and sourcing.
- Project Management: Ability to work at a fast pace with varied disciplines and individuals to drive accountability for deliverables.
