Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking experienced trainers and assessors to join our team. As a trainer and assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in various fields.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and industry stakeholders.
  2. Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and assessment, preferably in the VET sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current VET workplace practices.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of students and industry stakeholders.
  • Sound report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
