About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Mount Isa, Queensland. As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents, and provide evidence-based assessment and intervention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments and deliver client-driven intervention services to the paediatric population
  • Manage client caseloads to support positive outcomes
  • Provide accurate and timely reports and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
  • Participate in continuing professional development
  • Offer guidance and support to families and education facilities on strategies for facilitating communication and language development

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to apply)
  • Drivers licence and access to a car
  • Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain this)
  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in providing assessment and intervention services to children and adolescents
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary Information

$105,000 - $120,000 per annum
