Product Lifecycle Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Product Lifecycle Coordinator to join our Lifecycle Management team at the Broadmeadows site on a 2-year fixed term contract.

This pivotal role involves managing product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects. You will collaborate with global and local teams to deliver compliant, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new product introductions (NPIs) and end-of-lifecycle processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as subject matter expert for printed materials during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
  • Coach and mentor Lifecycle Associates
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of GMP, change control systems, and regulatory labeling requirements (highly desirable)
