Job Title: Sales AssistantAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a fun, authentic shopping experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, and provide high levels of support to our customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
  • Ensure sound cash handling and Eftpos skills
  • Develop solid product knowledge across all business pillars
  • Maintain high store standards, assist with merchandising, and presentation
  • Work towards targets and KPIs
  • Assist with stock control and quality management
