The Role:

We're looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our Digital Banking division. This role involves working closely with existing and new clients to identify, evaluate, enhance, and create new features and products.

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with the development and QA team within an agile framework, creating user stories and prioritizing the backlog to ensure delivery of features with the highest value first.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and documenting requirements for products and features on the product roadmap
  • Conducting market research including competitor analysis and gaps
  • Working within a regulated environment, incorporating regulatory changes into products
  • Presenting to and interviewing clients and incorporating findings into user-centric product designs
  • Creating pricing models and product documentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, improving internal processes, and recommending efficiency improvements

About You:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in Fintech or Financial services
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to lead client workshops
