Job Title: Road and Tree Services Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of road and tree services teams within an organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in road services and tree management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of road and tree services.
  • Manage staff to achieve team objectives and integrate them with external providers.
  • Maximise asset life cycle through effective maintenance and construction strategies.
  • Protect and preserve urban forest areas through regular maintenance and approvals.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in civil construction or arboriculture, or equivalent qualification with 5 years' experience.
  • Extensive experience in road services and tree management in local government.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in road and tree services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
