You'll engage with clients in their homes and communities, providing trauma-informed support that prioritizes their needs and well-being. This role requires strong advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a background in mental health, DFV, homelessness, or family preservation.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Social Sciences (or related field) and have some casework experience or a strong willingness to learn. A NSW Driver's Licence and insured vehicle are also essential requirements.
