Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maximize room operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the front office department, ensuring all service standards are followed.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • In the absence of senior management, be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel across all departments.
  • Drive loyalty sign-ups in line with regional targets and associated initiatives.
  • Take initiative to ensure interactions with guests are positive and productive.
  • Provide guidance, support training, and lead the Front Office team.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all protocols are adhered to.
  • Support other areas of the hotel during peak times as needed.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.
  • Implement agreed-upon revenue management strategies and practices.

Requirements:

  • An ability to create sparkle moments for guests.
  • Necessary skills and training for complaint handling.
  • Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outcome-driven approach to performance and results.
  • Experience with PMS Systems, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
