Data Business Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in data analysis, SQL, and Power BI to join our team.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in extracting and analyzing datasets from various sources, developing data and reporting methodologies, and transforming data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide high-level service to ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
- Participate in the development of project plans and monitor progress to manage priorities and achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Hands-on experience in performing data extracts using SQL or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, prepare, analyze, and develop insights from large datasets.
- Ability to create interactive dashboards and paginated reports using Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
