Career Opportunities for a Customer Service Representative in the Construction Sector

As a leading manufacturer in the construction products sector, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will be based in the South Eastern region of Melbourne and will support the business nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide quotes, take orders and raise purchase orders;
  • Perform general administrative duties;
  • Maintain stock levels, order goods from head office;
  • Organise servicing, maintenance and repairs of company assets;
  • Other various responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in customer service;
  • Well-rounded communication skills including written and verbal communication;
  • Great organisational skills;
  • A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team;
  • Location within the South East area of Melbourne;
  • Some background in the broader construction industry (ideal but not necessary).
