We are seeking a skilled Banking professional who will work collaboratively with our Retail Banking team to provide customers with a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute significantly to customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for our customers.
  • Participate actively in bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for 'knowing your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.

Requirements include excellent customer focus, retail experience is an advantage. You must have experience in being a user and promoter of technology, working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage. Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity. Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. Sound understanding of compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
