Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying development opportunities within the designated portfolio and designing appropriate servicing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design effective servicing solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities within the National segment
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for renewal and new business growth
  • Mentor and develop team members within the region

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial insurance products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
