Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Training Advisor at our site based on an 8:6 FIFO roster.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in mining / processing operations and those who possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

About the Role

The Training Advisor will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and administering a range of training programs for operational personnel. The successful candidate will have expertise in identifying training needs through analysis, developing and executing comprehensive training plans, and coordinating on-site and off-site training sessions.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting thorough training needs assessments to identify areas where employees require additional development;
  • Developing and delivering high-quality training content that meets business requirements;
  • Identifying suitable courses from external sources to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Maintaining accurate records of training programs, including documentation and assessment results;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and implementing improvements as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, a minimum of 5 years' experience in mining / processing operations, and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Experience with INX Intuition and knowledge of training practices and associated legislation are highly desirable.
