The Role

We are seeking a skilled Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training and assessment services for our clients and the general public. As a Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for presenting training sessions, assessing student competence, and maintaining RTO compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using Belgravia Academy resources.
  • Assess student competence and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain your Trainer/Assessor matrix to support training requirements.
  • Meet RTO compliance requirements by seeking regular professional development opportunities and industry experience.

Requirements:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Qualified trainer with experience delivering CPR, First Aid, and Pool Lifeguard courses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with availability and willingness to work on weekends.
