Trainer and Educator

The Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality training in CPR, First Aid, and Pool Lifeguard courses on a casual basis. This role involves working independently and as part of a team to meet the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present engaging training sessions to clients and the general public using Belgravia Academy resources.
• Develop and maintain a high level of professionalism, excellent work attitude, and outstanding time management skills.
• Share knowledge and expertise in areas of specialization.
• Meet RTO compliance requirements by seeking regular professional development opportunities and industry experience.

Requirements:

• TAE40116 Certificate IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Experience delivering the required courses and ability to communicate course material clearly.
• Familiarity with First Aid and Pool Lifeguard training packages is a distinct advantage.
• Flexibility with availability and a valid driver's license.

Belgravia Academy is a registered training organisation (RTO) owned by Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG). We offer qualifications and short courses in Health & Safety, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality & Wellness, Sport & Aquatics, and Inclusion programs.
