Job Title: Property Manager - Portfolio Development

Location: Wollongong, Illawarra & South Coast, NSW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing an existing portfolio, developing new client relationships, and maintaining strong communication with landlords and tenants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Nurture an existing portfolio of properties
  • Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and efficient property management experience
  • Conduct routine, in-going, and out-going inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and arrears in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage tenant selection with the leasing team to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
  • Prepare for tribunal proceedings as required
  • Participate in team training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a property management department role or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Current Certificate of Registration/Licence
  • Own well-maintained vehicle essential
  • Knowledge of Property Me an advantage
