Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BPM Tool Specialist to join our team on a 7-month fixed-term contract. This role will be based in Sydney and involves working in a hybrid environment, blending time at our head office and home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and administer process management artefacts within our BPM system, including process architecture, standards, attributes, user interfaces, datasets, and workflows.
  • Integrate with existing systems and databases to ensure seamless data exchange and accessibility.
  • Manage and prioritise BPM system components to align with business requirements and the BPM system lifecycle.
  • Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users, addressing technical and usage-related questions.
  • Create and share BPM system reports to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement or re-design.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and technical teams to design a fit-for-purpose BPM solution that meets business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis, BPM, or Process Mapping highly advantageous
  • Prior BPM system certifications highly advantageous
  • 3+ years of experience in administering, configuring, maintaining, and using BPM systems
  • In-depth knowledge of BPM frameworks and methodologies and their application in BPM systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of business processes and their dependencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative BPM system solutions
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence people at all levels
