Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Leader to head our team responsible for the management of natural resources and asset finance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal flow and workload across multiple sectors, leveraging expertise as an experienced people leader.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and partners to drive business growth and deliver excellent client experiences.
  • Step up as a leader within the broader business to help drive and deliver change and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Act as a critical member of the leadership team.
Requirements
  • A track record of strong leadership, with the ability to bring together teams, coach and mentor.
    • A proven background in transaction structuring and legal documentation.
    • Expertise in reviewing credit submissions and financial modelling, making recommendations on transactions to senior management and Credit.
    • Ability to exercise delegated authority, making sound business decisions in line with approved authorities.
    • Agility to oversee workflow management between key stakeholders.
    • Role model behaviours to coach and mentor your team.
