Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in placing top candidates with our clients, managing the sourcing and screening process, conducting thorough interviews, and negotiating job offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen new potential candidates through various channels
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
