
Part-Time Pharmacovigilance Specialist

This part-time role involves reviewing patient safety information to identify adverse events and special situations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer enquiries, market research, and social media for potential safety concerns.
A key aspect of this role is reporting cases in safety databases and making submissions to relevant authorities when necessary.
- Monitor customer interactions and market research to identify potential safety issues
- Report safety cases in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulations
- Perform quality assurance activities to ensure pharmacovigilance systems are effective
- Conduct literature searches and process results in pharmacovigilance systems
To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:
- Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field (healthcare background preferred)
- Ability to interact with the public and handle sensitive situations appropriately
- Autonomy and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Familiarity with pharmacovigilance literature searches (desired but not essential)
