Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a critical Defence contract, focusing on strategic asset management of ground support equipment on behalf of the ADF.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to guide your team through complex engineering/technical challenges while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality technical outputs.
  • Plan and oversee production of IIS articles, produce and review documentation, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Defence standards throughout the lifecycle of the program.
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and Defence partners, contributing to sustainable engineering solutions that support operational capability and national security.
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
  • A technical vocational qualification/certificate in a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in relatable technical/engineering roles.
  • An understanding of Integrated Logistics Support processes.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the Defence industry.
