Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, productive, and exceptional swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities. You will work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-caliber swim teaching and daily swim school operations
- Provide outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
- Engage with students and parents regularly to maximize member retention opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A swimming and water safety teacher qualification
- A teacher of infants and toddler qualification (desirable)
- A first aid and CPR certificate
- A working with children check
- Industry experience
