Our Swim Teachers play a vital role in delivering safe, productive, and exceptional swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

As a Swim Teacher at Aligned Leisure, you will be responsible for maintaining a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments, and OH&S guidelines. You will communicate and engage effectively with students, ensuring they receive an outstanding program. You will work relentlessly to engage with all students and parents regularly to maximise member retention opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-calibre swim teaching
• Manage daily swim school operations
• Provide outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Qualification
• Teacher of Infants and Toddler Qualification (Desirable)
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Working with Children Check
• Industry experience
