Home Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and shopping, as well as provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
- Provide complex care for clients with high care needs, such as dementia, and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the ongoing needs of clients are met.
- A competitive hourly rate, plus superannuation and paid kilometres.
- A comprehensive training program, including paid CPR and First Aid courses.

- 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
