**Job Opportunity:**

A challenging role exists for a skilled professional to join our high-performing team. As a leader in the maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring field maintenance activities comply with site safety processes and leading a team of maintenance personnel to execute tasks safely and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail to ensure compliance with site safety processes.
  • Lead a maintenance crew following directives from managers and supervisors.
  • Ccoordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Source technical information from relevant reference manuals, technical bulletins, and computer-based systems.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high levels of initiative.
  • Evaluate and implement solutions to mobile plant equipment defects within an acceptable timeframe.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff and operations personnel.
  • Manage requisitioning of parts and equipment requirements through proper procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Trade Qualified Plant Mechanic (Certificate III Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of mining experience with exposure to leading or supervising HD Fitters.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High regard and practice of health and safety.
