Job Summary

Bechtel is seeking a skilled Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Pluto Train 2 Project team in Karratha, Western Australia. As a key member of the Workforce Services function, you will play a critical role in supporting the project schedule of work by effectively mobilizing and demobilizing direct hire craft workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting, screening, and processing of craft professional employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
  • Participate in delivery of craft new hire orientation and possess proficiency in requisition tracking programs and employee data programs.
  • Other responsibilities as designated.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, workforce management, or a related field.
  • Experience in job portals and development of job adverts, as well as sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for project work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and targets.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle high volumes of candidates.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team, with a solutions-driven approach and a motivated attitude to deliver results.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
