About the Position

We are seeking a senior engineer to lead our community development team in Southeast Queensland. In this role, you will oversee civil design and documentation on various urban, land, and subdivision projects across an extensive regional client portfolio.

You will have the opportunity to resolve design constraints, coordinate projects, interface with multiple disciplines, and deliver projects with the support of a multi-disciplinary team.

The role can be based in either Maroochydore, Carrara, or Springfield office.

You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical expertise to advance our knowledge and skills in civil engineering.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in civil engineering design and the delivery of urban development projects, as well as excellent communication and business development skills.
