Job Role: Pool Attendant

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious pool attendant to join our team. As a pool attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons while they enjoy their visit.

You will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to communicate effectively with staff and patrons alike. A passion for safety around water is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, and you should be able to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service excellence and be able to interact effectively with people of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the safety of pool patrons
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Communicating effectively with staff and patrons
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Previous experience and success in a comparable role is not essential but highly regarded
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate is not essential but highly regarded
