
Customer Service Advisor

Your role involves working with people to provide excellent customer service and advice.
Product training is offered to represent well-known brands, and you will assist a mix of trade and DIY customers across a range of leading paints and coatings products.
This full-time position involves 38 hours per week in our Dulux Trade Centre in Townsville. Availability from Monday to Friday, with some rostered Saturday mornings, is essential.
Dulux Paints & Coatings has been creating better homes for over 100 years. Our portfolio includes trusted brands such as Dulux, Cabot's, Berger, Acratex, British Paints and Porter's Paints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Cash handling and EFTPOS operations
- Mixing and tinting paint accurately
- Assisting in maintaining stock levels
- Current Full Driver's licence for local deliveries

Skills and Experience:
You have excellent communication skills, are passionate about helping others, and possess physical fitness for regularly lifting paint tins weighing up to 25kgs.
We provide product and on-the-job training, so we're looking for people willing to learn, develop and provide excellent service to our customers.
