Job Title: First Aid and LVR Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified trainer with real-world experience in first aid, paramedicine, nursing, or electrical rescue to deliver nationally accredited courses across Greater Melbourne.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing accredited courses in line with industry standards.
  • Providing a supportive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintaining training equipment and resources.
  • Attending staff development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116 or TAE40122) or a higher education qualification in adult learning.
  • For LVR Trainers: UET30621 – Certificate III in ESI – Distribution Overhead or a relevant electrical qualification and demonstrate current industry experience in live low voltage rescue.
  • For First Aid Trainers: A qualification in First Aid, Paramedicine, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Recent industry experience related to the training being delivered.
  • A valid Working With Children Check.
  • Working knowledge of compliance in an RTO environment.
