Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in driving customer success. This individual will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, document, and present innovative solutions that align with our portfolio of products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Design and deliver end-to-end solution architecture for customer projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data security, and performance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and software demonstrations to customers.
  • Lead technical requirements for opportunities, including RFIs, EOIs, and RFPs, and contribute to bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, drive pipeline growth, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice and act as a technical leader in projects, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of Solution Architecture experience, with a strong focus on Pre-Sales.
  • Experience with implementing complex enterprise projects in mission critical/high-availability environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven professional experience in a presales or equivalent role.
  • Public safety domain knowledge or experience with (or understanding of) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Mobile Computing is highly desirable.
