Job Title: Director of Brand Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our brand strategy initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering a marketing strategy that drives public engagement, influences social change, and strengthens our brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, including brand management, social marketing, content marketing, and digital engagement
  • Overseeing three key functions - Brand & Content, Campaigns, and Digital - to ensure alignment with our strategic plan

About You:

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with management experience in the corporate or not-for-profit sectors, including experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in marketing.

You will have strong strategic marketing and brand management skills, and demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading the delivery of campaigns, impactful messaging, and digital marketing channels.

Knowledge/experience in primary prevention, gender equality, and government-funded programs is preferred.
