Join our retail team as a Seasonal Consultant

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling products that meet the needs of our customers.

About the role
  • We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail, who have full availability across our busiest time of year, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment and be willing to learn product knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and selling products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Processing sales and managing cash handling responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • No prior retail experience necessary, but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • An interest to learn product knowledge.
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24th November – 24th December, 26th December).
