Seasonal Retail Consultant | Aesop Chermside | Casual at L'Oréal

Join to apply for the Seasonal Retail Consultant role at L'Oréal. This seasonal position supports the Chermside store team across the Festive Season 2025.

What we're looking for
  • The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • No prior retail experience necessary but ideally some customer service experience
  • An interest to learn product knowledge
  • Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24 November – 24 December, 26 December)
Responsibilities
  • Engage, listen and guide customers to products relevant to their needs
  • Welcome customers and deepen the product experience through intentional interactions
  • Deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience
  • Support store teams to meet customer needs, process sales and manage stock levels with excellent presentation

Role details
