About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Project Lead to drive critical projects, ensuring vendors deliver quality data and results that advance our mission. Your expertise in anatomy and understanding of CT scans will be pivotal in this role, as you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality research projects and studies supporting AI development, regulatory submissions, and scientific publications.
Job Description
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver project and clinical study objectives, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. They will coordinate with CROs, vendors, investigators, and research centers to manage project scope, documentation, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and review key study documents, including protocols, project plans, training materials, and regulatory documentation.
- Study Progress Monitoring: Monitor study progress and ensure data readiness and quality through data-driven systems.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Image Analysis Methodology: Implement and enhance image analysis methods in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Documentation and Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate and complete study documentation, including the trial master file or equivalent records.
Key Relationships:
The successful candidate will collaborate with Clinical Development, Research and Development, Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams, as well as work with external stakeholders, partners, and vendors to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in clinical research or project management.
- Anatomy and CT Scans Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy and experience with CT scans are highly desirable.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international clinical research regulations (e.g., ICH GCP).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with MS Project is advantageous.
- Independent Project Management Skills: Independent project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
