Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Professional to join our team as an Operational HR Specialist. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Business Unit managers to deliver strategic initiatives and people programs across the employee lifecycle.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including supporting key HR activities and initiatives, while also assisting with day-to-day business-as-usual operations across multiple diverse teams.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership, advice, and coaching to support the growth, development, and engagement of our people
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve productivity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective training programs and workshops
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in HR-related roles, with a proven track record in providing HR solutions in an operational environment
- Experience in change management and consulting, with a strong understanding of strategic HR practices and their impact on business outcomes
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity while maintaining discretion and strict confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience in complex environments (e.g., managing multiple business units and navigating numerous industrial awards)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working with employees at all levels of the organisation and adapting to diverse work styles
