Perioperative Scrub Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as a Scrub Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a multidisciplinary team
- Supervise and direct Enrolled Nurses and Assistant in Nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to perioperative care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain current skills and knowledge
Requirements include current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), 18 months' experience as a Registered Nurse - Scrub Scout, proven experience in Orthopaedic Perioperative lists, valid NSW Working with Children check for employment, commitment to quality patient care, compliance with national safety standards, sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
