Role Overview

This is a dynamic opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Provide information on local area attractions and recommendations.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and use communication equipment effectively.
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generate sales appointments for our sales centers, and establish commonality with customers.
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide seamless service transitions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar hotel position.
  • Passion for customer service and the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
