We're looking for a skilled Transport Planning Specialist to join our Transport Advisory team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you'll develop a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context of urban and regional transport systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on traffic engineering assessment and design, freight and logistics, and development impacts.
  • Apply traffic engineering and management principles to provide guidance on land use/transport integration, approval processes, and management.
  • Support the delivery of strategic transport advisory projects and national initiatives.
  • Develop a strong technical and management background to support the Transport Advisory team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines and business units across Urbis and Cistri.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban and Regional Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
  • Proven track record of delivering and managing transport projects, preferably in Queensland.
