Educational Content Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Content Developer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality learning resources across the employee lifecycle, from induction to technical training.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging eLearning modules, storyboards, facilitator guides, and job aids that meet adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Maintain and enhance induction/onboarding content for consistency and impact.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partners to extract and translate technical knowledge into instructional materials.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
