About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Creative Specialist to join our team. As a Product Creative Specialist, you'll be responsible for defining and evolving a cohesive product creative system that showcases our brand's personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve a comprehensive product creative system that encompasses everything from micro-interactions and animations to brand visuals and in-product storytelling
  • Craft compelling creative concepts with an in-depth understanding of customer needs to amplify the overall experience
  • Translate brand and product concepts into system-level details for adoption into the component library, with clear guidance to empower product teams
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that guide customers through product propositions, features, and functionalities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our brand and visual language to further elevate the customer experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for product initiatives
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and brand teams to bring creative visions to life through regular feedback sessions
  • Be an advocate for creative thinking within the product organization, helping others to think more creatively and strategically about the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in product design, creative direction, and branding
  • Ability to craft compelling creative concepts and translate them into actionable design solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive creative solutions
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
