Job Summary:

- The ideal candidate will have a drive to deliver results, business acumen, and sound judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor economic and sector conditions to identify opportunities and manage risk.
- Manage market intelligence and formulate a targeted national acquisition strategy.
- Contribute to the annual asset class review.
- Lead transaction due diligence and conduct financial modeling.
- Review and interrogate complex financial models from joint venture partners.
- Assist with managing external consultants and preparing project plans and investment memoranda.
- Participate in monitoring joint venture investments and assist with internal and external reporting.
