Key Financial Modelling Role:

This is a crucial position in our Melbourne office where you will be working with various business units to deliver financial insights and models. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, operate, and maintain complex financial models that support key business decisions. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about accelerating Australia's transition to renewable energy.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining financial models that integrate multiple data sources and provide actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs and implement solutions.
  • Performing scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of different variables on financial outcomes.
  • Providing clear and concise communication of key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and financial modelling best practices.
  • Previous experience in a professional services modelling team or formal training in modelling best practices.
  • Experience in real asset (infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy) model development and operations.
  • Accounting qualification or similar.
