We're seeking an experienced Operational Business Partner to join our Teams & Education Group. As a key member of our leadership operations team, you'll play a critical role in improving group operations and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Your primary focus will be on running core operations for company goals supporting Canva's Teams & Enterprise product. This includes owning strategy cadences, communications, ways of working, reporting, goal tracking, and organizing team events and celebrations.

You'll work closely with our Leadership Operations team and Group or Strategy Lead to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient execution of company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Providing operational leadership and guidance to support company goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating and tracking projects, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and statuses.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and executing communication plans to engage stakeholders and drive results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational leadership and strategic planning within a scale-up tech environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS and understanding of Enterprise customer needs.
  • Prior experience in prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong self-motivation and desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
