About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Marketing team, providing top-notch administrative support to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As an integral member of the leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of the CMO's duties and responsibilities.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional administrative support, including diary management, mail handling, expense reporting, and arranging complex travel itineraries. You will also be responsible for composing correspondence, preparing presentations, and completing other tasks that facilitate the CMO's ability to lead effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and be proficient in using various software applications to manage calendars, emails, and documents.

In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy when interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CMO, including diary management, mail handling, and expense reporting.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, prepare presentations, and complete other tasks as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Multi-task, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
