We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our national team, providing clinical services to individuals with various needs. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.

The role involves working across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services, providing assessments, therapy and support tailored to individual needs. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth and office-based settings.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary new graduate program and receive supervision and support from an experienced speech pathologist. Your key responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing therapy plans and delivering high-quality speech therapy services to clients. You will also collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A drivers licence and access to a car.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
